To understand the holistic hermeneutical method of interpretation in order to avoid misunderstanding when it will release through the approach of interest, and able to dialogue with the demands of the times, in this paper the author tries to reconstruct formulate hermeneutic methodology holistic then extract into a formulation of socioeconomic theory to be a system format Islamic economics by presenting the ways and steps that must be taken by the mufasir so as not to arbitrarily jump directly by using hermeneutics. Here then the importance of formulating the epistemology of "holy hermeneutical Qur'anic Tafseer of the Qur'an". Axiological unification of science and religion is a necessity for the welfare of mankind, it is only necessary development at the epistemological level. Reconciliation and reintegration between the two scientific groups, namely the sciences that are derived from al-âyât al-Qur'ânîyah and those derived from al-âyât al-kaunîyah, means a return to the transcendent unity of all science. The challenge here is to bring the sciences into the mainstream of Islamic perspective, the science as a whole. Second, the marginality of the sciences is dealing with what is called the religious sciences. First, the sciences separate from the spiritual and ethical values, the necessity of the humanities to consult the aqidah, the necessity of social sciences consult on morals, and science and technology consulted mainly on Shari'ah.
